I’m really happy with the service I’ve received over the years at Northstar. The Customer Service Specialists have been uniformly polite, professional and very helpful since I started coming to you guys, especially Amanda when I first started going to Northstar, and now Wayne Bourke is a great new (to me) addition to your team. I very much appreciated his recent advice both pre & post car service. I don’t get to meet the service technicians but they do a great job – for instance my Golf has been running a lot better since it’s 60,000 km service yesterday. Also, I was very impressed, yesterday, when I walked quickly through the service area, at just how efficiently it all ran and how clean it was – that’s a sign of a well run business. A neighbour recently recommended another place for car service, but I didn’t think twice about returning to Northstar - even though there is a Golf maintenance business closer to where I live. I just prefer how well my Golf drives after it’s been for a service at Northstar, and how well I’m treated there.
Thank you all for doing such a great job – it’s noticed and it’s very much appreciated.
I received your letter in the post today and while people are quick to be critical we also need to take the time to give credit where it is due.
I would like to convey to you the outstand customer service we were provided by Tony Michael.
I made a online inquiry to 4 VW dealers in the Brisbane metro area and Tony was the only person to contact me. I am not sure if other dealers have issues with people being time wasters with online inquiries but in the world we now live in, online is a form of communication that I rely on as I work shift and cannot always be in a position to make a phone call or call into a shop.
I purchased a VW Polo for my daughter as a belated birthday present and also to have the car on the day that she passed her driving test.
Tony was able to negotiate the deal via the phone saving me a trip into the dealership but did so without any pressure of making phone calls to me every hour asking if I was going to buy the car or not.
On the day of delivery Tony made the surprise of the new car a very special moment for our family and for that I cannot thank him enough.
As it has now been a couple of weeks since we met – I have had you on ‘my to do list’ – but until now have not managed to get there.
I would just like to say it was a refreshing pleasure to have the short dealing with you in respect of the Caddy, brakes & cargo liner.
Now that you have fully explained the situation in a clear & concise manner regarding the brakes we can live them – as it is still hear them every day J J
